NEW: Now only 30% Down to Reserve. Normal charge at time of booking is 50% of the total. Since we encourage our guest to book in advance do to the popularity of these homes, we only charge 30% at the time of the reservations. The balance will be charged 60 days before your stay.

Our system provides 18 months of visibility and ability to book. If you are interested in booking something beyond that, please contact us and we will send you a quote.

Base rate covers 6-8 guests depending on the home. Additional guests up to the max are $15 per day per night. This will be calculated and part of your quote. We do this to offer lower rates for smaller parties who have less wear and tear on the home. There is also a cleaning fee plus an additional charge for approved pets and a 3% credit card fee.
