Retreat 18 is a premier Shasta Lake vacation home with some of the best unobstructed lake views in our collection. This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-level home accommodates up to 12 guests, with no more than 6 guests age 16+. It also includes a den/laundry room and a large private second family room, providing plenty of additional living and gathering space.
Located just up the street from 14 of our other Retreats, Retreat 18 offers a great combination of privacy, space and convenience for families traveling together or groups reserving multiple homes.
Two large shaded decks showcase expansive views of Shasta Lake and provide wonderful spaces for relaxing and outdoor dining. The lake, marina and boat ramp are accessible by a short drive or walk, depending on your destination and lake conditions.
Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, gas fire pit, outdoor sofa and patio tables. Inside, the home features a modern kitchen, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer for a comfortable and convenient stay.
For guests bringing a boat, marina slips may be available seasonally. Parking at the home is plentiful for cars and trucks, while boat trailers may need to be parked in a designated nearby area.
Retreat 18 is pet friendly, with a $95 fee per dog, per stay.
