Escape to Shasta Lakeshore Retreat, where cherished memories await just steps from the shimmering waters of Shasta Lake and Sugarloaf Marina. Welcome to Retreat #12, also known as the Shasta Memory Maker.
This charming two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, with no more than 6 guests age 16+, and offers a private driveway with ample boat parking.
Step inside to discover a spacious game room equipped with ping pong and foosball tables, a 65″ TV, plus a separate den for additional living space. Fast internet makes streaming and staying connected easy. Open the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, complete with a gas fire pit, and unwind in the peaceful surroundings.
The main level features a cozy living room with a 75″ TV and queen-sized sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, and the expansive wrap-around deck is a great place to enjoy sunrise breakfasts or sunset dinners.
Upstairs, two County-approved bedrooms offer comfortable private spaces, while downstairs the game room and den provide additional room for relaxing and entertainment.
Outside, adventure awaits with easy access to Sugarloaf Marina and the many recreational opportunities of Shasta Lake, including boating, swimming, fishing and water sports. This home is also just a short walk from most of our other Retreats in the popular Sugarloaf area of Lakehead, making it especially convenient for families and groups renting multiple homes.
