The large family room, high ceilings and expansive windows create an open gathering space with lake views. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a Viking range and double ovens, while the dining area provides room for shared meals.
Step onto the large deck for outdoor dining, relaxing and views across the Sacramento Arm. A BBQ, gas firepit, kayaks and paddleboards add to the lake experience.
Sugarloaf Marina and boat ramps are nearby, and parking accommodates cars and boats within the available spaces. Retreat 19 is next door for families booking together.
Shoreline distance increases as lake levels fall. Water access, views and marina operations vary with seasonal conditions.
