How to Book?

1. Go to our availability page to see what is available.  Then go to our reservation page to book the time of interest using the available code.   Both buttons are below.
2. Send an email to us at ShastaRetreats@gmail.com along with the Retreat of Choice, number of Adults and Kids in your party plus if you have any dogs.  Mention that you want the special.  We will then send you a qoute that you can review and book from it fits your needs.

This special can’t be combined with any other discounts or promotions.  This is valid on new bookings for any of the listed homes and dates.  Offer valid 7-20-2025 through 7-27-2025.  Use the code for the arrival date.  For example if July 31-Aug 3, then use July35Now.

Discover a wonderful lake house experience at this retreat, a short walk away from the mesmerizing waters of the lake and a vibrant marina. This home is truly a haven for those who crave the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and value. Boasting three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a welcoming kitchen and main room, and the capacity to sleep up to twelve guests (max nine adults), it’s an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends seeking an unforgettable escape.

Upon arrival, the large wrap-around deck will draw you in, providing the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy barbecues, the warmth of the gas firepit, and linger in the cozy glow of the patio heater. With two patio tables, there’s ample space to savor your meals while taking in the scenic surroundings.

The retreat’s interior ensures that your stay is comfortable and memorable, as it’s fully air-conditioned and heated to your preference. You’ll find a well-appointed Master bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom on the main floor. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the lower level provides the third bedroom, complete with three Queen beds and its bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, a comfortable Sofa Sleeper in the Family Room on the main floor is available.

To cater to all your needs, the retreat is fully furnished and equipped. This includes towels, linens, dishes, and modern amenities, like three HD flat-screen TVs, internet access, a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. What’s more, you’ll find numerous games and attractive outdoor seating areas to relax in. This home also offers an unbeatable location, being only in the middle of 11 of our homes.  Retreat #15 is across the street, #19 is down the street a few houses and #12 is up the street while all the others other than Retreat 11 & 16 are a 5 min walk.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of a boat slip available during the summer months from the neighboring marina for $55 per night. This is one of the best retreats for easy two-boat parking and is perfect for those who enjoy both land and water adventures. There’s plenty of space for boat and ATV parking, in addition to accommodating multiple cars (up to five).

If you’re traveling with pets, rest assured that they’re welcome to join your lakefront adventure for a pet fee of $95 per stay. As a bonus, this retreat is renowned for being the best value among all the Retreats.
